Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,364 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome segregation, Spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle assembly. Each is linked with TTK in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.
