TTC9C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC9C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,187 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC9C-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN1, STX5, and ZFPL1. Each is linked with TTC9C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9C-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC9C versus UBXN1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
