TTC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,077 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, YLPM1, and TNFAIP8. Each is linked with TTC8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC8-to-partner and partner-to-TTC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC8 versus MTA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
