TTC8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,087 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP6, FBXO15, and CATIP. Each is linked with TTC8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC8-to-partner and partner-to-TTC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC8 versus MAP6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
