TTC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, PDYN, and ADAMDEC1. Each is linked with TTC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC8-to-partner and partner-to-TTC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by TTC8-low versus TTC8-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
