Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 659 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITPR1, RHOA, and IPO4. Each is linked with TTC8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC8-to-partner and partner-to-TTC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITPR1 grouped by TTC8-low versus TTC8-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
