TTC7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,820 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, SGSM3, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with TTC7B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7B-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC7B versus SEC23B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
