TTC7B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,072 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOP1, ERP44, and DNAJC25. Each is linked with TTC7B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7B-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THOP1 grouped by TTC7B-low versus TTC7B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
