The most reproducible TTC7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, tRNA transcription, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with TTC7B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7B-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7B results are reported.
