TTC7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWH43, GFRA1, and KCNIP1. Each is linked with TTC7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWH43 grouped by TTC7A-low versus TTC7A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
