TTC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5088, H3P46, and RNU6-639P. Each is linked with TTC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC4-to-partner and partner-to-TTC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5088 grouped by TTC4-low versus TTC4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
