TTC36

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,173 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC36-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, FOXM1, and CENPF. Each is linked with TTC36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC36-to-partner and partner-to-TTC36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC36 versus TIMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
