TTC36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC36-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-5, MIR1298, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with TTC36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC36-to-partner and partner-to-TTC36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-5 grouped by TTC36-low versus TTC36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC36→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
