Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with TTC36 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC36-to-partner and partner-to-TTC36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus grouped by TTC36-low versus TTC36-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
