Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAIP1, WDR70, and ZFR. Each is linked with TTC33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC33-to-partner and partner-to-TTC33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC33 versus PAIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
