TTC32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM32DP, RNA5SP215, and MIR6783. Each is linked with TTC32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC32-to-partner and partner-to-TTC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
