TTC26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,335 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC26-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMBR1, CAND1, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with TTC26 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC26-to-partner and partner-to-TTC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC26 versus LMBR1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
