TTC26

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,872 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT22, IFT46, and IFT52. Each is linked with TTC26 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC26-to-partner and partner-to-TTC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC26 versus IFT22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
