TTC26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC26-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and C-Raf. Each is linked with TTC26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC26-to-partner and partner-to-TTC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by TTC26-low versus TTC26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
