TTC26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC26-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA17, FAM240B, and OR2T7. Each is linked with TTC26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC26-to-partner and partner-to-TTC26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA17 grouped by TTC26-low versus TTC26-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC26→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
