TTC21B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC21B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 556 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC21B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNPR, HTR1B, and RAB3C. Each is linked with TTC21B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC21B-to-partner and partner-to-TTC21B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYNPR grouped by TTC21B-low versus TTC21B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC21B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC21B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
