TTC21A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC21A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPO, EIF3D, and GLI1. Each is linked with TTC21A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC21A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC21A versus TSPO in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
