TTC21A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC21A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, 14-3-3_beta, and PCNA. Each is linked with TTC21A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC21A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by TTC21A-low versus TTC21A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
