TTC21A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC21A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,816 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC21A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sperm motility, Flagellated sperm motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with TTC21A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC21A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC21A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sperm motility grouped by TTC21A-low versus TTC21A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC21A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC21A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
