Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC21A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC21A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E1, STH, and TMEM35A. Each is linked with TTC21A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC21A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC21A results are reported.
