TTC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,395 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-28P, EI24P2, and BPY2DP. Each is linked with TTC17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC17-to-partner and partner-to-TTC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-28P grouped by TTC17-low versus TTC17-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
