TTBK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTBK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC51, PKN3, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with TTBK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK2-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC51 grouped by TTBK2-low versus TTBK2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
