TTBK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTBK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKK4, SPINK9, and DCSTAMP. Each is linked with TTBK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK2-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DKK4 grouped by TTBK2-low versus TTBK2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
