TTBK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTBK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,437 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST3, CRIP3, and CARMIL3. Each is linked with TTBK1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTBK1 versus MAST3 in PCPG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
