TTBK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTBK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYFIP2, ENOSF1, and EPN3. Each is linked with TTBK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTBK1 versus CYFIP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
