TTBK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTBK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA3, p90 RSK, and Cyclin-D1. Each is linked with TTBK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA3 grouped by TTBK1-low versus TTBK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
