TTBK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTBK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,082 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTBK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATE1, BMF, and MTMR4. Each is linked with TTBK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTBK1-to-partner and partner-to-TTBK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATE1 grouped by TTBK1-low versus TTBK1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTBK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTBK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
