Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSSK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, GAPDH, and JNK2. Each is linked with TSSK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK6-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TSSK6-low versus TSSK6-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
