Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TSSK6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TSSK6 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TSSK6 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TSSK6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SCLC show a favorable association.
HNSC, SCLC, and KICH are the cancer types where TSSK6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
