Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSSK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,504 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with TSSK6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK6-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK6 results are reported.
