TSSK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSSK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSSK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACIN1, SUPT16H, and BRMS1L. Each is linked with TSSK4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSSK4-to-partner and partner-to-TSSK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSSK4 versus ACIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
