TSR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR521-1, RPL17P14, and MIR516B1. Each is linked with TSR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR3-to-partner and partner-to-TSR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR521-1 grouped by TSR3-low versus TSR3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
