TSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFKP1, RNA5SP411, and MIR4462. Each is linked with TSR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSR1-to-partner and partner-to-TSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFKP1 grouped by TSR1-low versus TSR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
