TSPOAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPOAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,416 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPOAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PORCN, LRRC59, and PPP2R5D. Each is linked with TSPOAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPOAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TSPOAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPOAP1 versus PORCN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPOAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPOAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
