TSPO

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,797 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are GKAP1, KPNA5, and NAGA. Each is linked with TSPO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPO versus GKAP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
