TSPO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPO-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, MIR6781, and IGHV3OR16-13. Each is linked with TSPO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPO-to-partner and partner-to-TSPO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by TSPO-low versus TSPO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
