TSPAN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AA1P, RN7SKP46, and RN7SL299P. Each is linked with TSPAN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN7-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AA1P grouped by TSPAN7-low versus TSPAN7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
