TSPAN32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI3, RASAL3, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with TSPAN32 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN32-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN32 versus ABI3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
