Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,812 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN32-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GGT1, and PRODH. Each is linked with TSPAN32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN32-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN32 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
