TSPAN32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN32 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN32-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eEF2, and ERK2. Each is linked with TSPAN32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN32-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TSPAN32-low versus TSPAN32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
