Across TCGA cell cohorts, TSPAN32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,356 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TSPAN32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane, Regulation of ATF6-mediated unfolded protein response, and Glycine decarboxylation via glycine cleavage system. Each is linked with TSPAN32 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN32-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane grouped by TSPAN32-low versus TSPAN32-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
