TSPAN31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSPAN31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSPAN31-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52P2P, RNY4P14, and SUMO2P5. Each is linked with TSPAN31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSPAN31-to-partner and partner-to-TSPAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52P2P grouped by TSPAN31-low versus TSPAN31-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSPAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSPAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
