Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM204DP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM204DP expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM204DP is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, FAM204DP RNA expression shows 6,657 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, and STAD as cancer lineages where FAM204DP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
