Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNARE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNARE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C8orf82, AGO2, and MAN2A1. Each is linked with TSNARE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNARE1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNARE1 results are reported.
