TSNARE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSNARE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSNARE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHB6, MFNG, and CORO1A. Each is linked with TSNARE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSNARE1-to-partner and partner-to-TSNARE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TSNARE1 versus EPHB6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSNARE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSNARE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
